“I grew up around cameras. My dad was always filming family vacations and little home videos around the house, which sparked my interest in storytelling. In high school, after I got injured playing sports, I picked up one of his old cameras and started taking photos of the basketball team and filming vlogs with my classmates. Posting those videos online helped me grow an audience of over 200,000 followers on TikTok in its early days. Shortly after high school, I became the Chief Marketing Manager at Arclabs Welding School, where I filmed and produced content while developing social media campaigns that grew their TikTok page from zero to over one million followers. That experience led me to start Fithwood Media Co., where we now create content for global brands and local businesses.” -Wayne

“Growing up, I was always drawn to creativity and storytelling. Whether it was behind a camera, working on projects with friends, or finding ways to bring ideas to life, I naturally gravitated toward visual content and media. Over time, that passion turned into a career, leading me to work on productions, brand campaigns, and creative projects that allowed him to combine storytelling with strategy. Today, I focuses on creating content that feels authentic, cinematic, and engaging while helping brands and businesses connect with audiences in a real way”-Trey
